Tench Onions
The Tench onion Floats are 30 - 32cm long and made of top quality peacock quill and balsa wood, each float is painted and varnished at least 8 times; the bodies and quill are a tenchy green and they are tastefully whipped in burgundy thread. They are available in three sizes 2AAA, 3AAA and 2SSG. Their length and shot loading makes them perfect in windy conditions as a drift beater but despite their load carring capacity the floats are not only very sensitive but the buoyant peacock quill makes them very good at indicating lift bites.
